Delivery and Returns


UK Standard Delivery: £2.95 – 2-4 working days   

UK Next Day Delivery: £5.99

Free Delivery on orders over £75.00 - Please note it will be sent out with standard delivery

For UK next day delivery orders must be placed between Monday -Thursday and ordered before 2pm to receive next day delivery.

Orders made after 2pm on Thursday using next day delivery will not be received until the following Monday.

Orders made after 2pm on Friday will not be received until the following Tuesday.

 

EU standard - £6.99 approx 12-15 working days

International - £6.99 approx 12-15 working days

Only after 15 working days will we class an order as lost. We will then issue a refund or send a replacement order.(Pending stock)


OMG fashion Returns

You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Your order must reach us within the 14 days to be eligable for a refund. The item must be unworn and in good condition.


Please include any paperwork inside with your return  AND your ORDER NUMBER without this we cannot process your return. 

Returns costs are at your own expense. 

We do not accept returns on our swimwear or underwear.

If you have not received your order after 15 working days please contact us.

If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please return to us straight away.  The order must be returned to us within 14 working days (we will refund the postage costs via paypal or a credit note)

Returns can take upto 10 working days to process after we have received. If you have a tracking number to show we have signed for it we can fast track.

If you do wish to return an item to us we would advise you use RECORDED DELIVERY so we can trace the item in the event of any problems. If you chose to use standard delivery we will not be responsible for any undelivered or lost items and you will have to make a claim.
